During the initial consultation:

  • Strategies for building healthy habits

  • Strategies for exercising

After the consultation you'll receive an email outlining recommendations

and a plan moving forward.

What a private plan looks like:

  • Consultations/workshops : 13 sessions including 2 extended sessions for cooking

  • Weekly Weigh-In and regular measures. Body fat can also be done on request.

  • Personal Diary - Be able to store your lessons, take notes and record your transformation and journey to permanent weight loss success.

  • Review -  Weeks challenges, food diary and exercise. Follow up on tasks previously set and achieved. Discuss challenges. Recommendations and new weekly plans set.

  • New Subject Weekly - As you are 1 on 1 Tanisha teaches the 12 week lessons to you in the order that she believes serves you personally the best.

  • 2 cooking classes - Get your apron on and learn hands on how to prepare two healthy ,quick and yummy dinners for you or your family.

  • Weekly Contact - SMS, phone or email communication direct with Tanisha

  • Weekly emails  - post consultation with new recipes and official recap on discussions 

  • Access to Personal Training - Get that extra support to learn how to exercise smartly to achieve results without causing injury.

  • Meal plan and food diary app - How you move forward with your eating is different for everyone. you will use either one or both methods to get on the right track

  • Access to ongoing support - Newsletter, support meetings, social events and ongoing information . As we continue to learn new things so do you.
